FAIRY FAKEASS TALE
DEBUT ALBUM (2020)
Produced, Composed, Mixed, and Mastered ten crumbling songs that reveal the darkness of the so-called "perfect world" all by Spark himself. Inspired by his own experience with the music industry in Taiwan when he was sixteen years old, part-timing as a contracted producer for films and commercials, he realized a considerable gap between the ideology and the reality of the grown-up world... Spark wrote ten songs that correspond to one of the stories in Grimm's fairy tale. From this debut album of sparks, he earns several chances to collaborate with different fields of industry such as the Tinder dating app, Tv/radio shows, and Mobile games...(read more)

Taipei Metro Street Dance Competition Theme Song (2022)
B.T.O.D (Be The One Dance Crew), A Dance group made from the champions of "2020捷運盃街舞大賽首屆MVP夢想隊的街舞舞者 (2020 Metro Street Dance Competition) ". Found Spark to create/produce two songs: the main theme song《SB的逆襲》for the 2022 Taipei Metro Street Dance Competition, and《還有 你的笑容》for the 2022 Kaohsiung Cijin International Beer Carnival.

Movie theme song "海霧 Abyssal Spider"
F.I.R Collaboration (2020)
F.I.R, The legendary Taiwanese pop rock band formed in 2004, won countless awards and was well known around Asia, collaborated with new hip-hop artist Spark to create a movie theme song《海霧》for the movie "海霧 Abyssal Spider." ...(read more)

ROLE PRODUCTION COMPANY
(Since 2016-Current)
Spark founded Role Production Company in 2016 when he was 16 years old by investing all the earnings he made with friends by producing short films, advertisements, and commercials. This company has long collaborated with several universities and high school production clubs to raise awareness of performing arts technology (including teaching courses/lending equipment for students...etc.) In 2021, Spark relocated the company's address to redesign and build a multimedia studio for further production needs. TEDx Speech : "Life, is a part of work" (2021)
Spark spoke about how living a life is crucial in every aspect of being successful. He talked about how he gained inspiration through the exploration of living and encouraged the younger generation in Taiwan to think broader/further than just focusing on things you "must" do..(read more)

Performing Arts Technology & Arts (Since 2018-Current)
Currently, a senior in Umich pursuing a bachelor's degree in Performing Arts Technology at the University of Michigan, Spark has created several creative Projects such as designing interactive music controllers, digital synth making, Arts/Electronic music collaboration/publication with UMMA (University of Michigan Museum of Art), Audio gaming, Scoring with films, Video game music...etc -----using Arduino, Max, Chuck, Faust, Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition, Processing, Xcode, Logic, Ableton, Protools, Final Cut and much more...(read more)

A.B.T (Spark皇毅’s Second Album) (Up Comming in 2023!)
Two years since the album “Fairy Fakeass Tale” dropped, Spark has finally announced his comeback with a brand new album, “A.B.T”. Different from the omniscient narrator perspective of the last album, this time, Spark would show who he truly is in this Fakeass world. There will be frustrations of knowing the truth in grey areas and thrilling vengeance towards paradoxes. “默默耕耘邁步走 讓那些雷聲大的高調” – “Silently plowing step by step. Let those loud thunder with tiny drops of rain roar through clouds while we mind our own talents.” — lightly sums up the main theme of the second album A.B.T. Be ready to experience the excitement of Chinese rapping with low-fi hip-hop!

Collaboration with Chanel Wang ＆ Lee E-jun
Being a long-time friend of Chanel, Spark got an invitation from Lee E-jun (Taiwanese well-known singer/artist and Chanel's mom) to perform as a special guest at her concert. Spark then remixed Chanel Wang's song "Don't Bother" and wrote a new part to the song for himself and Chanel to perform choreography and sing on stage...(read more)

Stanford CCRMA Works
At Stanford University, I am immersed in the cutting-edge intersection of music, technology, and acoustics. My work here spans a range of innovative and challenging projects. I engage in advanced research in digital signal processing, develop unique computer music compositions, and create new methodologies for music information retrieval. With access to state-of-the-art technology and mentorship from industry leaders, I am involved in designing complex audio synthesis algorithms and experimenting with real-time interactive music systems. My studies also extend to the realm of psychoacoustics, where I explore the intricacies of sound perception, and to the physical modeling of musical instruments for digital sound recreation. CCRMA is not just an academic haven; it's a collaborative melting pot where art, science, and engineering converge, allowing me to push the boundaries of what's possible in the world of computer-based music and acoustics.
